Supply Room

The Office Services Unit maintains a supply room for system office employees.

The supply room is located near the northeast corner of the 6th floor in the tower. It is directly across from the kitchen in Room 6601.

Office Services stocks a variety of basic supplies. If Office Services does not stock an item you need, you can place an order for that item through the Business Office using your Cost Center number. Also, if you are using a large quantity of supplies, that order should also be placed through the Business Office using your Cost Center number.

Copier Supplies

Office Services also distributes copier supplies for the copiers located throughout the system office.  Please contact Tom Johnson, tom.johnson@so.mnscu.edu, or Alan Johnson, alan.johnson@csu.mnscu.edu, or
send an e-mail to Office Services Staff in the address book for copy paper, toner, copier staples, and office supply needs.
