Meetings FAQ
How do I arrange for catering?
The Office of the Chancellor and the Minnesota State Colleges & Universities Foundation have contracted with three vendors for on-site delivered catering service. The three vendors are; D. Brian's Deli & Catering - Town Square location, Professional Foodservice, and City View Dining and Catering of St. Paul College. All departments hosting meetings at Wells Fargo Place should use one of these vendors for catering. Meetings held off-site can use other vendors.
Menus and caterer information are available from Office Services.
How do I reserve a conference room?
Conference rooms are for Minnesota State Colleges & Universities sponsored events. Other meetings and events must be cleared through the Office Services Supervisor.
Conference rooms can be reserved through GroupWise. In GroupWise, the numbered rooms are preceded by "Conf" followed by the room number. Just type in the name for the World Trade Room or the Boardroom.
- Do a Busy Search in GroupWise to check for availability
- Reserve a room in GroupWise by sending an appointment.
- To cancel room reservations in GroupWise, go to your sent items and delete the appointment. Select recipient's mailbox. It will be deleted from the calendar of that room.
